I recently had a negative experience with Wild Packs Summer Camps. Although they didn't take into account my preferences, several camps contacted me without a problem and they responded quickly. The problem arose when I rejected their offer a second time, because the values of the camp didn't align with mine. They demanded explanations from me, and I gave them brief explanations because I don't think I should have to explain why I'm rejecting a job offer - it's my personal decision and I wanted to continue using the platform to connect with other camps. Their advisor, Ben, was very subjective and disrespectful, but I do appreciate that they refunded my money. I went through a few agencies before settling on Wild Packs. I felt like the other (bigger) companies were just processing numbers, where as Wild Packs made me feel like they were focussed on me. I got complete support from the start of my application, all the way through to going to camp and got help when I needed it when at camp and working. Staff were really lovely. Around 8 months ago I decided I wanted to spend the summer in the US. It seemed a bit late to apply and I looked around at the best companies to go through. Eventually I chose Wildpacks, like others I was skepticle, I hadn't heard of Wildpacks before whilst I had heard of others such as Camp America, Camp Leaders etc.

The reason I'm writing this review is due to the apprehension I had felt when applying through Wildpacks. Initially I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not as they''re not as well known as others but I can assure you they are definitely not. Wildpacks offer high rates in terms of salary but more importantly their staff were simply amazingly helpful. Any query I had was answered quickly whether it was through whatsapp or email.

Within a few days of signing up I had an interview and that was followed with an amazing summer spent at Camp Lokanda in New York as a camp counselor. I hope others find this review and are reassured that Wildpacks made everything very easy for me despite me applying in March. Sign up and have an amazing summer.

The most easiest and simplest process I’ve ever done, the Wildpacks support team are amazing if you ever need any help ! Always there and also happy to answer and random question even if you think it’s stupid! Definitely using them again for next year at camp.

Easiest process I've every been through. This company take care with clients and explain everything in great detail, the staff are very professional when needed but are also open about their experiences in camps to show clients a sense of relate-ability. Would recommend Wild Packs to anyone thinking about spending their summer at a Summer Camp.
