Wild Packs are hiring for a few different positions to join our camp mad team! Our office is based in Fife, Scotland within 30 minutes of Edinburgh; all of our staff work from our headquarters. Working for Wild Packs allows you to go back to camp; most of our staff take a sabbatical over the summer (June through the end of August) to enjoy a summer in the States!

The Wild Packs office is full of fun campy people; it’s a fast paced, supportive and lively environment to work in! Our staff all have strong communication skills, are motivated and enthusiastic and want to share the magic of summer camp! We’re looking for outgoing and bubbly personalities who takes initiative and lead by example, team players who understands the importance of team culture and staff who thrive in delivering the best customer service to our applicants.

These positions include:

  • Marketing Assistant- One full time position available – start date October 2019.

Preferably someone with a degree in marketing and experience running business social media pages (although not essential as these can be taught). Ideal applicants will have experience in video editing, using software such as Adobe Illustrator or PaintShop Pro and editing websites inc. creating quality copy and proof reading.

Applicants must be flexible, creative and driven; the Marketing Assistant will help promote Wild Packs and drive traffic to our website, ultimately encouraging applicants to apply to work at camp. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager. We’re looking for someone passionate in marketing and excited to motivate new potential camp counsellors to sign up to the Wild Packs program. You’ll be working with universities, attending recruitment fairs, presentations etc.

There is the opportunity for this position to run yearlong if desired (e.g. not take a summer sabbatical) to help with other projects linked to Wild Packs.

 

  • Recruitment Coordinator- One full time position available –start date would be December 2019.

Joining our busy and fast paced recruitment team. We are looking for someone who is intrinsically driven and has great interpersonal skills, lots of drive and enthusiasm and is a self-starter. You must be hugely passionate about summer camp and excited about encouraging others to take the plunge and work at camp.

You’ll need to be super confident speaking with others over the phone and Skype/whatsapp video and face to face, have a good understanding of camps’ staffing expectations and the ability to meet deadlines and targets. You will need to be a team player but manage your own work effectively.

 

  • Visa Manager- One full time position available – start date December 2019.

We are looking for a super organised, diligent and detail orientated Visa Manager who has the ability to manage staff members within the visa team, has great time management skills and brilliant communication skills. Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring applicants submit their visa documents in a timely manner, uploading and processing important visa documentation and talking our applicants through the process of applying for a visa. The Visa Manager works closely with our visa partners (based in the USA), and is a vital part of the team! Applicants should be computer literate in Excel and Adobe.
