Camp Med O Lark was founded in 1967 and has opened its doors to creative campers from all across the country every summer since. Over the last 57 years, the camp has created a home away from home for campers aged between 8-16 that allows them to grow and nurture their artistic abilities.
The camp sits on a stunning 50-acre plot of woodlands which is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The camp features numerous facilities that are home to a variety of amazing waterfront, sporting, fine arts, performing arts, and more activities that the campers take part in daily.
Med O Lark has an all-elective programme which allows campers to choose their own schedule. This ensures that each camper spends their days taking part in activities that they have chosen themselves and thus allows them to be with like-minded campers who they can create incredible bonds with.
The camp is located amongst the stunning woodlands of Washington, Maine. It is therefore surrounded by some of the most scenic landscapes and beautiful wildlife that the United States has to offer. Camp Med O Lark is located on a 50-acre plot of land and therefore features a huge amount of space for activities and adventure. Located upon the grounds is a stunning three-mile clearwater lake that is home to several incredible waterfront activities.
Over the course of the camp, campers and camp staff have access to the incredible facilities located on the camp’s grounds. From basketball courts, tennis courts and skate parks to beach houses, art studios, and health centres, the camp has everything you could ever imagine and more.
