What Do You Need To Become A Dance Teacher In America
Are you interested in becoming a dance instructor in the US but are unsure as to whether or not you are eligible?
There are several different requirements for becoming a summer camp dance instructor in America. The main eligibility requirements are:
- Need to be 18 by June 1st of the summer you are starting
- Have a love for both dance and teaching
- An in-date passport to allow you to travel out of the country
- Available for the whole summer season
- Have a valid J-1 visa

While having a dance qualification and experience as a dancing coach is brilliant, it is not necessary. Whether you qualify or not there is a job at camp for you.
