Flights Fees and Fiddly Bits

So you have read through the website, you think you have an idea what kind of camp would suit you, you are all excited, but how do you make it happen? That’s where we come in. The first thing you need to do is register your interest online by clicking on the register button or call our office on 0845 602 9103 and speak to a member of our placement team.

Together we will decide on the actual camp that would be best for you and we will send you a brochure and DVD that focuses just on your camp. Once you have made your mind up for sure, think about how long you want to go for and when. Let us know and we will take it from there. We will confirm availability at your chosen camp, we will also confirm the total camp fees due. Assuming everything is in order we will send out a contract, terms and conditions which you must sign and return to the Wild Packs office along with, CAMP AND SERVICE FEES.

As soon as we receive payment for the camp and service fees, your placement will be confirmed!

Flights & Insurance

Flights and insurance can be managed by our partner travel agents, STA Travel (Atol No.3206), specialists in student youth travel; They will contact you directly regarding your flight arrangements. All travel and insurance details will be sent to you directly via e-mail. We will also hold a copy and forward one to your camp.

Travel Arrangements

While your travel arrangements are being finalised, you should be completing all of the necessary camp documentation and getting them back to us. If the camp’s enrolment forms are all online, they will let us know what you still need to complete. Remember, we are on hand to help you with any questions you might have.

Insurance

Insurance is also required for every child. If requested our partner travel agent can provide suitable travel insurance that is recognised and accepted by the camps. It is your responsibility to ensure your child is protected with the appropriate travel insurance. Remember, there is no NHS in America.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility as the parent/guardian to ensure your child’s timely arrival at the airport check-in. We will ensure that you are armed with all of the necessary travel details including details of the staff member collecting your child upon arrival. Your child will be met at the arrival airport by a representative from the camp. The camp is also responsible for leaving your child with the appropriate airline representative at the check-in, for the return leg.
