Please find a list of all our camp forms below. We ask that you fill them in, print them off and post them back to our head office.
We require a completed and signed enrolment form, medical and dietary restrictions form for each prospective camper.
We recommend that you read through our Camp Rules and make sure your kids are also aware of them as they pertain to them directly. If you or your child has an issue with any particular rule, please get in touch and we can discuss any questions you may have.
