Your staff
Our staff are selected from around the country and from a great variety of backgrounds. Our aim is to have a minimum camper to staff ratio of FIVE to ONE, with all staff living with the children on site. Staff will have undergone a rigorous application process including a face to face interview with one of our head staff, provided three references, a clean CRB. and have completed at least one summer on an American Summer Camp.
We aim to create an original and dynamic group every summer. Each team member will have at least one additional skill that they can introduce to the campers. We pride ourselves on hiring the most positive and caring role models we can find and because of the strength and uniqueness of the program, we are blessed with hundreds of potential team member applications very year.
Our activity instructors are all qualified to the highest level and work alongside our full time staff. They have spent many years and a great deal of time perfecting their skills and come with every appropriate qualification required for delivering our adventurous program in a safe and secure manner.
Our team is there to ensure each individual camper is encouraged and nurtured. They are there for support and to act as positive and inspiring role models and at no point should any camper feel alone or excluded.
