Flights and Fees

So you have read through the website, you think you have an idea what kind of camp would suit you, you are all excited, but how do you make it happen? That’s where we come in. The first thing you need to do is register your interest online by clicking on the register button, or call our office on 01383 435 991 and speak to a member of our placement team.

Together we will decide on the actual camp that would be best for you and we will send you a brochure and DVD that focuses just on your camp. Once you have made your mind up for sure, think about how long you want to go for and when. Let us know and we will take it from there. We will confirm availability at your chosen camp, we will also confirm the total camp fees due. Assuming everything is in order we will send out a contract and terms and conditions, which you must sign and return to the Wild Packs office, along with CAMP AND SERVICE FEES.

As soon as we receive payment for the camp and service fees, your placement will be confirmed!

If the camp’s enrolment forms are all online, they will let us know what you still need to complete. Remember, we are on hand to help you with any questions you might have.

Insurance

Insurance is required for every child. If requested, our partner travel agent can provide suitable travel insurance that is recognised and accepted by the camps. It is your responsibility to ensure your child is protected with the appropriate travel insurance. Remember, there is no NHS in America.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility, as the parent/guardian, to ensure your child’s timely arrival at the airport check-in. We will ensure that you are armed with all the necessary travel details, including the details of the staff member collecting your child upon arrival. Your child will be met at the arrival airport by a representative from the camp. The camp is also responsible for leaving your child with the appropriate airline representative at check-in, for the return leg. You will be required to pick your child up at the airport upon their return.
